Salesforce Consultant (Sales & Service Cloud)

Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities will range from business consulting / analysis to project management activities in Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology
• Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects:
• Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement Salesforce Sales cloud, Service cloud, Experience cloud
• Project management: plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines
• Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Experience in at least 1 Salesforce Implementation
• 1-3 years experience in a Business Analyst/Project Management capacity
• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting
• Insurance industry exposure will be an added advantage
