Job Description

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in application development, customization, integrations, and production support. The candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Agentforce, WhatsApp, and Omni-Channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow.
• Configure standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and Omni-Channel routing.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Implement payment gateway integrations and digital signature workflows.
• Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, bug fixes, and production support.
• Migrate Process Builder workflows to Salesforce Flow.
• Develop AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver enhancements.

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Flow.
• Experience with Agentforce, WhatsApp, and Omni-Channel.
• Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control.
• Knowledge of Einstein AI, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred: Salesforce Platform Developer I or App Builder certification; Platform Developer II is an added advantage.
