Role: Salesforce Application Developer( permanent- WFO)
Client : Mahsing
Location : Wisma Mah Sing, KL
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Application Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and application support.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
* Configure and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Omni-Channel.
* Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
* Implement Agentforce, WhatsApp integrations, payment gateways, and digital signature workflows.
* Perform unit testing, debugging, bug fixes, and production support.
* Manage Sandbox-to-Production deployments using CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools.
* Migrate Process Builder workflows to Salesforce Flow.
* Develop AI-driven solutions using Salesforce Einstein and Agentforce.
Required Skills
* 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
* Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
* Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omni-Channel, and API integrations.
* Exposure to Agentforce, WhatsApp, Einstein AI, and payment gateway integrations.
* Knowledge of CI/CD, version control, testing, and deployment processes.
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* Salesforce Platform Developer I or App Builder certification.
* Platform Developer II certification is an added advantage.
