We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our clients team and play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions while ensuring best-in-class performance and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other platform tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into detailed technical specifications.
- Build and enhance Salesforce applications, automations, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and optimal performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for custom development and integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to configuration, custom code, and system integrations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices, proactively recommending improvements.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Experience with integration tools and methodologies, including REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or other middleware.
- Knowledge of Salesforce security models and performance optimization best practices.
- Experience working with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Salesforce DX, Jenkins, or Copado is preferred.
