Salesforce Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
• Implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and APIs.
• Customize and configure Sales Cloud features such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, and Reports/Dashboards.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in Sales Cloud applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud focus).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud features (Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Forecasting, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce integration tools (MuleSoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.) is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
