About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for translating business requirements into effective Salesforce configurations and technical solutions, ensuring data integrity, automation efficiency, and optimal user experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Analyze business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
-Configure Salesforce objects, profiles, roles, reports, and workflows.
-Implement and maintain automation using Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.
-Set up and manage user accounts, roles, and access controls.
-Conduct detailed design discussions with stakeholders.
-Create custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
-Collaborate with the development team to identify technical solutions.
-Support UAT and contribute to the full project lifecycle.
-Provide end-user training and ongoing troubleshooting.
-Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and data security standards.
Requirements
-Minimum 3 years hands-on Salesforce experience.
-Proficiency in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
-Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, security, and customization.
-Experience with Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Flows.
-Ability to work in an agile environment.
-Salesforce certifications (Administrator / Platform App Builder / Developer) are an advantage.
