Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis and project management activities for Salesforce implementation projects
Gather, analyze, prioritize and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks and stakeholder expectations
Ensure successful project delivery using ITIL-based methodologies
Drive issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver effective CRM solutions
Key Requirements:
Salesforce certification or strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Minimum 4 years of Salesforce implementation and configuration experience
Strong business analysis and functional consulting experience
Hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven experience managing end-to-end Salesforce projects
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions
