Salesforce Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Salesforce business performance from both revenue and project delivery perspectives, including driving pipeline and sales opportunities, overseeing project execution, and ensuring successful delivery outcomes.
• Design end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology
• Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects
• Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement Salesforce Service cloud
• Project management: plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines
• Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery
• Lead pre-sales activities
• Mentorship of Salesforce team members and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements:

• Certification or relevant working experience in Sales and Service Cloud
• Minimum 12 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration
• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting
• Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC (Lightning Web Components) required
