Salesforce Technical Architect's primary responsibility is to design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices. This involves translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing integrations, and providing expertise on Salesforce platform capabilities. They also play a key role in pre-sales activities and ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Roles And Responsibilities

Technical Design & Solution Architecture:

• Designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet client requirements and leverage the Salesforce platform effectively.
• Developing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documentation.
• Leading technical design sessions and providing technical guidance.
• Ensuring scalability, performance, and security of the Salesforce solution.
  
  

Technical Expertise

• Salesforce Platform: Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other relevant modules.
• Integration: Experience with integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications.
• Data Modeling: Designing and implementing data models to support Salesforce solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Monitoring and optimizing Salesforce performance.
• Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
• Technical Design and Implementation:
• Designing, building, and configuring Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Development and Coding:
• Developing custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  
  

Implementation & Delivery

• Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.
• Leading and mentoring development and QA teams.
• Ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Performing code reviews to maintain quality and ensure design patterns are followed.
  
  

Integration & Data Management

• Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems.
• Defining master data management and data migration strategies.
• Ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
  
  

Problem Solving & Support

• Troubleshooting and debugging technical issues.
• Providing technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
