We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in ABAP development, preferably with a manufacturing background. This role involves designing, coding, testing, and maintaining SAP customs objects. The candidate should be able to collaborate effectively with SAP functional team, to translate the business requirements into technical solutions.
About the Role:
- Involve in project, change request and operational support tasks.
- ABAP Development: Design, code, test and maintain SAP customs objects, which include reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements and forms (RICEF).
- Technical Design: Analyze the business requirements, then translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform testing, debugging and troubleshooting of ABAP objects, ensuring the results are matched with the requirements.
- System Integration: Responsible for SAP integration technical solutions with other external systems.
- Documentation: Maintain technical specifications, design documents and the user guide.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and perform performance improvements in ABAP coding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Having at least 3 years hands-on experience in ABAP development, preferably with a manufacturing background.
- Having functional understanding about SAP modules, such as FICO, SD, MM, and/or PP.
- Experience with RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) development.
- Knowledge in SAP enhancement frameworks, BADI, BAPI, and User Exit.
- SAP ABAP certification will have an additional advantage.
