SAP Application Support Engineer

Requirements.

Part of level 2 support team and responsible to support SAP Fieldglass application, VMS and have access to workers confidential data and other companies confidential data.

Need to have SQL knowledge to run query on database.

Job tasks include perform troubleshooting on unable to login SAP Fieldglass issue, employee information not updated, worker information displayed wrongly, perform false update the worker any other SAP Fieldglass related issues.

Candidates need to work together with other support team to resolve Purchase Order amount discrepancies in downstream applications.

Requirement (must have) :

Candidate will possess SAP Fieldglass functional knowledge, SQL knowledge.

2-3 Years experience on SAP application preferably on Fieldglass
