SAP Ariba Support - Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Ariba application issues.

Monitor system performance and support business-critical processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.

Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.

Document solutions, best practices, and support procedures.

Act as an SAP Ariba subject matter expert and contribute to team success.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in SAP Ariba

Experience with SAP Ariba Contracts

Knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Management

Knowledge of SAP Ariba Supplier Risk

Experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing

Familiarity with SAP Ariba Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience supporting business-critical applications and processes
