Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM/PM Lead Consultant to lead implementation and migration activities for new company codes within an S/4HANA environment. The consultant will manage configuration, asset transfer, PM data migration, integration, and cutover coordination, ensuring alignment with SRS blueprint standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM/PM workstream for new company code implementation.
• Perform asset transfer with correct valuation and accounting treatment.
• Migrate PM master and transactional data (Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, MICs, Task Lists, Orders).
• Configure work centers, activity types, cost centers, planner groups, and overhead pricing.
• Update functional location structures and handle equipment uninstall/reinstall for new company codes.
• Modify batch job variants, remap/rename plants as per SRS blueprint.
• Align personnel assignment with the latest HR organization structure.
• Ensure integration readiness with SAP FICO, MM, HR, and custom solutions.
• Support cutover planning, UAT coordination, go‑live support, and ramp‑down activities.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Expertise

• 8+ years in SAP EAM/PM, including 3+ years in S/4HANA projects.
• Strong expertise in Functional Locations, Equipment, BOMs, Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and asset transfer.
• Experience with PM data migration strategies (master & transactional).
• Knowledge of integration with FICO, MM, HR modules.
• Hands‑on experience in MIC migration, planner group setup, and EAM cutover activities.
• Ability to work with custom SAP solutions and blueprint documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
