Job Description
We are seeking a new talent to join the Software Engineering team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the project. The client is a company engaged in diversified business operations in plantation, refinery, land and renewable energy.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Application Support for critical business systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and system issues.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP FICO.
• Analyze system issues and identify the root cause.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to maintain business continuity.
• Perform IT troubleshooting and application remediation.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks.
• Minimize system downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
• Support system performance and reliability improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
• Take ownership of team decisions and assigned issues.
• Share technical knowledge and best practices with the team.
• Work closely with multiple teams to support key business decisions.
Required / Preferred Skills
• Master proficiency in SAP FICO Module – Required
• Expert proficiency in Engineering Support – Preferred
• Strong proficiency in Application Remediation – Preferred
• Strong IT Troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Application Support / Production Support
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams
