SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 15+ years of experience to support business operations and end users. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP FICO along with the ability to resolve basic issues in SAP SD and SAP MM. The consultant should possess solid knowledge of module integration, enhancements, and production support within a retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·     Provide functional support for SAP FICO modules and ensure smooth business operations.

·     Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FICO issues while handling basic support for SAP SD and SAP MM.

·     Support end users by analyzing and resolving functional incidents and service requests.

·     Work closely with business users to gather requirements and recommend system improvements.

·     Manage integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules, particularly SD and MM.

·     Support SAP enhancements, configuration changes, and testing activities.

·     Coordinate with technical teams during issue resolution and enhancement implementation.

·     Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production issues.

·     Prepare functional documentation, test cases, and user guides.

·     Ensure system stability and compliance with business processes.

Mandatory Skills

·     8+ years of SAP FICO functional consulting experience.

·     Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO modules.

·     Basic functional knowledge of SAP SD and SAP MM.

·     Experience with SAP module integration.

·     Experience in SAP enhancements and production support.

·     Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

·     Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
