We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our client Abeam in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP Finance and Controlling modules, with proven experience in S/4HANA implementations. This role requires hands-on involvement in system design, business process reengineering, and end-to-end project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP FICO implementation projects, focusing on S/4HANA Finance.
- Drive Brownfield S/4HANA migration activities, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align solutions with Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- Provide expertise in Retail FI processes and end-to-end knowledge (preferred).
- Manage Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives to optimize financial workflows.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and execution of S/4HANA Finance impact analysis.
- Own and oversee Cutover activities, Reconciliation processes, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Deliver high-quality documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to business teams.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of SAP FICO consulting experience.
- Strong exposure to Brownfield S/4HANA migration projects.
- Good understanding of Retail FI processes (preferred).
- Demonstrated capability in Business Process Reengineering (BPR) and Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- Solid knowledge of S/4HANA Finance impact areas.
- Proven track record in managing Cutover, Reconciliation, and UAT ownership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
