Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA Finance and IS-Retail. The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementation, migration, and optimization of financial processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP FICO implementation and rollout projects
- Drive Brownfield S/4HANA migration activities
- Perform S/4HANA Finance impact analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and follow Fit-to-Standard methodology
- Provide expertise in Retail FI processes (IS-Retail)
- Manage Business Process Reengineering (BPR) initiatives
- Own and manage Cutover planning, Reconciliation, and UAT
- Ensure smooth transition with minimal business disruption
- Prepare documentation, training materials, and provide knowledge transfer
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 68+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience
- Strong hands-on experience in S/4HANA Finance
- Proven experience in Brownfield migration projects
- Mandatory experience in SAP IS-Retail
- Strong knowledge of FI processes (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting)
- Experience in Fit-to-Standard and BPR approaches
- Hands-on experience in Cutover, Reconciliation, and UAT
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
