SAP FICO Functional Consultant (CO)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Regional SAP Finance (FICO) Senior Consultant to support the rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA template across the ASEAN and Middle East regions. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in SAP Finance modules and be comfortable working closely with senior client stakeholders in both business and IT domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior client business and IT leads to deploy a global SAP Finance template across regional entities.
• Lead and support implementation of core Finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM), Tax, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Align global design with local business requirements and ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and tax laws.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, support testing, training, and deployment.
• Provide expert input during blueprinting, realization, cutover, and post-go-live phases.

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FICO) implementations, ideally within System Integrator (SI) environments.
• Strong functional knowledge across core FICO areas, with experience in SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Experience working in regional/global rollout projects, particularly within ASEAN and Middle East.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Additional experience in Controlling (CO) design is a strong advantage.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in Malaysia and regionally, typically 1-2 weeks per trip.
