Implement and support SAP FICO modules across business operations
Analyze requirements and design effective solutions
Perform system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement
Provide end-user training and documentation
Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and standards

What We're Looking For:

energyResponsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as a software detective, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams is a vital part of this role. Master proficiency in SAP FICO Module is required. Expert proficiency in Engineering Support is recommended. Master proficiency in Application Remediation and IT Troubleshooting is suggested. Analyze complex system issues and develop effective solutions to maintain business continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying root causes and recommending preventive measures. Share knowledge and insights to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Monitor system health and proactively address potential risks to minimize downtime.
