Collaborate with senior client business and IT leads to deploy a global SAP Finance template across regional entities.
Lead and support implementation of core Finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Asset Management (AM), Tax, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Align global design with local business requirements and ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and tax laws.
Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, perform gap analysis, support testing, training, and deployment.
Provide expert input during blueprinting, realization, cutover, and post-go-live phases.
Job Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Finance (FICO) implementations, with at least 3 end to end implementation experience (from requirement gathering onwards).
Strong functional knowledge across core FICO areas, with experience in SAP S/4HANA systems of complex/larger scale projects.
Experience working in regional/global rollout projects, particularly within ASEAN and Middle East.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional experience in Controlling (CO) design is a strong advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel to client sites in Malaysia and regionally, typically 12 weeks per trip.
