SAP FSCM & Treasury:

To provide functional and technical support for the SAP Treasury Module i.e. FSCM Modules, Cash Flow and FIORI in SAP platform, ensuring smooth operation of treasury processes. 

The role involves troubleshooting issues, managing configurations, assisting end-users, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize system performance and compliance. 

The position also supports integration with ERP systems and ensures adherence to company policies and best practices. 

APPLICATIONS IMPLEMENTATION AND DEVELOPMENT 

Perform the assessment of business IT needs and translate them into effective solutions that provide valuable insights into implementation planning and budgetary requirements within SAP Treasury Applications.

Participate in evaluation, selection, and procurement of technology, solution & service provider, with the objectives to provide required platform & resources for implementing the plan as per target.

Execute SAP Treasury Applications design, development, enhancement, and deployment through cost-effective and efficient use of available technologies and resources, with the objectives to deliver solutions that support business needs and operational requirements, within budgetary/governance guidelines and change management procedure. 

APPLICATION ENHANCEMENT AND MAINTENANCE 

Perform SAP Treasury Applications (Functional) maintenance & support, post-Go Live, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels, budgetary and governance guidelines, and support procedures. 

This includes responding to incidents, resolving problems, addressing inquiries from business users, identifying necessary system patches for compliance, determining archiving requirements for data beyond retention periods, and identifying opportunities for system performance improvements with the objective of ensuring business needs are met and operations continue smoothly without disruption and to perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues..

Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues, liaise with SAP Principal support and internal IT teams to resolve platform-level or integration-related problems. 

Support month-end / quarter-end closing processes related to Treasury operations.

Maintain documentation for processes, issues, configurations, and resolutions.

Job Requirement

Helix, ServiceNow, Jira) and ITIL support model. 

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. 

SAP Certified Professional certification is a plus.
