Mandatory Skills

These are core requirements that a candidate must have:

1. SAP Experience

• Minimum 8 years of SAP experience.
• In-depth knowledge ofSAP FI Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
• Strong understanding ofCredit Management, Dispute Management, Collection Managementprocesses.
• Understanding ofcross-functional integrationwith pricing, sales orders, billing/tax determination.

1. Functional Consulting Skills

• Ability to deliver IT & business project deliverables.
• DevelopTo-Be processesbased on user requirements.
• Scoping, functional specifications, and confirming developments.
• System configuration & documentation per project standards.
• Test specification creation and test data preparation.

1. Analytical & Conceptual Skills

• Good conceptual ability to analyze complex problems and abstract solutions.
• Understanding architectural framework for finance domain and connected portfolios/interfaces.

1. Professional Skills

• ExcellentEnglish communication skills(speaking & writing).
• Experience in multinational environments.
• Ability to workin agile environments, manage ambiguity, and handle multiple initiatives.
• Willingness to travel as per project needs.

1. Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
