SAP Functional Lead - SAP MM/PP (Order to Cash)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a functional consultant for SAP MM / PP, with a strong focus on Forecast-to-Stock (F2S) processes.

• Support rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA template to regional entities across ASEAN and the Middle East.

• Collaborate closely with senior client business and IT leads to understand requirements and align solutions with global standards.

• Conduct fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops, process walkthroughs, and design discussions.

• Ensure strong integration between MM, PP, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Support system configuration, functional specifications, and testing activities (SIT/UAT).

• Assist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities as required.

• Identify issues and risks, provide solution options, and support decision-making across multiple teams.

• Demonstrate strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multi-cultural, regional environment.

• Travel to client sites in Malaysia and regionally as required (typically 1-2 weeks per trip).

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on System Integrator (SI) experience in SAP implementations or rollouts.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and/or SAP PP.

• Proven experience delivering Forecast-to-Stock (F2S) processes.

• Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration points.

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a regional, multi-country project environment.

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Experience with global template rollouts.

• Exposure to ASEAN and/or Middle East business environments.

• Knowledge of MRP, demand management, procurement, production planning, and inventory management.

• Experience supporting testing, cutover, and go-live activities.

• Flexibility to travel regionally.
