Key Responsibilities
Act as a functional consultant for SAP MM / PP, with a strong focus on Forecast-to-Stock (F2S) processes.
Support rollout of a global SAP S/4HANA template to regional entities across ASEAN and the Middle East.
Collaborate closely with senior client business and IT leads to understand requirements and align solutions with global standards.
Conduct fit-to-standard / fit-gap workshops, process walkthroughs, and design discussions.
Ensure strong integration between MM, PP, and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Support system configuration, functional specifications, and testing activities (SIT/UAT).
Assist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities as required.
Identify issues and risks, provide solution options, and support decision-making across multiple teams.
Demonstrate strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a multi-cultural, regional environment.
Travel to client sites in Malaysia and regionally as required (typically 12 weeks per trip).
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on System Integrator (SI) experience in SAP implementations or rollouts.
Strong functional knowledge of SAP MM and/or SAP PP.
Proven experience delivering Forecast-to-Stock (F2S) processes.
Good understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) integration points.
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders.
Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
Ability to work independently in a regional, multi-country project environment.
Preferred / Additional Skills
Experience with global template rollouts.
Exposure to ASEAN and/or Middle East business environments.
Knowledge of MRP, demand management, procurement, production planning, and inventory management.
Experience supporting testing, cutover, and go-live activities.
Flexibility to travel regionally.
