Job Summary:

The SAP Functional Manager will lead and deliver SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) projects with strong integration to Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. This role involves managing global project delivery, supporting clients in transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment with business objectives across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver SAP IBP implementation projects, focusing on Supply - -

- Planning, Optimizer, and Order-Based Planning.

- Participate in client design discussions, solution evaluation, and creation of

functional and technical specifications.

- Manage solution documentation, configuration, and postgo-live support.

- Identify enhancement opportunities and deliver continuous improvement

across project stages.

- Facilitate client workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, and

process alignment.

- Collaborate globally with teams across the UK, Germany, and Middle East.

- Mentor junior consultants and support internal knowledge development.

- Support business development by identifying opportunities for value-

added services.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 7+ years experience in SAP IBP with PP/QM modules.

- SAP IBP Supply Planning experience is mandatory.

- SAP IBP Optimizer & Order-Based Planning experience preferred.

- SAP IBP Certification is an advantage.

- Proven record of leading and delivering SAP IBP projects (45 years).

- Strong understanding of planningexecution integration with ERP systems.

- Skilled in CPI and CPI-DS tools for integration.

- Familiarity with RICEFW objects and functional task estimation.

- Ability to interact efficiently with senior stakeholders across multiple time

zones.

- Experience working in global teams and co-creating solutions.
