SAP GRC Consultant (Access Control & Security)

Its a fully remote role.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP GRC Consultant to manage governance, risk management, compliance, and access control processes across SAP landscapes. The consultant will play a key role in ensuring security compliance and regulatory requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP GRC Access Control solutions.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and mitigation.
• Manage user provisioning and role management processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and compliance reviews.
• Design and maintain SAP security roles.
• Support audit activities and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with business owners and security teams.
• Troubleshoot authorization and access-related issues.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years SAP experience.
• Minimum 3 years SAP GRC experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with:

o SAP GRC Access Control

o ARA (Access Risk Analysis)

o ARM (Access Request Management)

o BRM (Business Role Management)

o EAM (Emergency Access Management)

• Good knowledge of SAP Authorization concepts.
• Experience with SAP Security and Role Design.

• SAP S/4HANA Security.
• SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• SAP BTP Security.
• Internal Audit or Compliance background.
• SOX Compliance experience.
• GDPR awareness.
