Job Description
- Lead SAP GRC implementation, migration, and enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong experience in SAP GRC Access Control with hands-on knowledge of SoD, access risk analysis, and access control frameworks.
- Experience in designing and implementing SoD rulesets within SAP GRC, including Fiori and cross-system rulesets.
- Strong understanding of SoD principles, access governance, user provisioning, and risk management across ERP environments.
- Experience working with SAP GRC, Saviynt, or other IAM/GRC platforms.
- Experience in SoD conflict analysis, remediation, and resolution across multiple systems.
- Knowledge of SAP security and familiarity with core SAP modules such as MM, FICO, SD, PP, and HR is preferred.
- Experience with AVM (Access Violation Management), including manual SoD AVM lookback activities.
- Strong understanding of SOX, ITGC, compliance controls, and audit requirements.
- Experience in integrating application security and SoD controls into security and access management processes.
- Coordinate with security, GRC, IAM, application, and business teams to implement preventive and detective access controls.
- Work closely with internal and external auditors, providing required documentation and supporting compliance/audit activities.
- Lead or participate in GRC migration activities, including assessment of existing rulesets, controls, roles, risks, and access configurations.
- Maintain and optimize SoD rulesets, access control frameworks, and risk matrices based on business and compliance requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder discussions, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and provide recommendations for GRC solutions.
- Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to stakeholders on SAP GRC, SoD policies, access governance, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are required.
