Job Title: SAP HCM Consultant (Contract – Remote)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in delivering end-to-end SAP HCM solutions and are open to transitioning into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, etc.)
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Provide functional expertise and recommend best practices in SAP HCM processes
- Perform system configuration, testing, and documentation
- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support
- Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements and integrations
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks within project timelines
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting
- Strong hands-on experience in core HCM modules (Payroll experience is a plus)
- Proven experience in implementation and/or support projects
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in HCM or related modules
- Experience working in global or regional projects
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, SuccessFactors)
