Contract Duration 1 Year + extension based on consultant performance
Notice Period 2 Weeks (if consultant resigns or project completion)

SAP HCM Knowledge
* SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll module
* Payroll schema, rules, and off-cycle payroll processing
* Wage types, payroll infotypes, and retroactive accounting
* Payroll control centre and payroll monitoring tools
* Employee Central Payroll (for cloud-integrated setups)
* Time management integration with payroll
Functional Skills
* End-to-end payroll process design and execution
* Payroll calendar, off-cycle runs, and retroactive calculations
* Payroll area, period, and country-specific configurations
* Statutory compliance (tax, social security, labour laws)
* Payroll results validation and reconciliation
* Handling retroactive accounting, deductions, and benefits
* Payroll reporting (standard and custom)
Technical Skills
* Payroll schema and PCR (Personnel Calculation Rules) design
* Wage type and payroll result analysis (RT, cluster tables)
* Off-cycle and corrective payroll runs
* Data migration and LSMW / Custom programs for payroll data
* ABAP basics for payroll reports or troubleshooting (functional oversight)
* SAP HANA data modelling impact on payroll processing
Integration & Tools
* Integration with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
* Time management, benefits, and compensation modules
* Payroll interface with Finance (FI/CO) and SAP S/4HANA modules
* Integration with third-party systems or external payroll vendors
* SAP CPI, IDocs, and APIs for payroll data exchange
* Payroll Control Centre (PCC) dashboards and alerts
