Key Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on SAP HCM Payroll experience
Experience in at least 2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects
Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll configuration, payroll processing, and statutory compliance
Ability to gather business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies and best practices
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with SAP technologies
