We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP HCM Functional Consultant to lead Application Management Services (AMS) support. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise across SAP HCM modules, demonstrate leadership in managing support teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP HCM AMS support, including L2/L3 incident management and escalations
- Provide functional support across PA, OM, TM, and Payroll modules
- Resolve complex issues related to master data, time evaluation, payroll, schemas, and infotypes
- Ensure SLA adherence, service quality, and system stability
- Perform root cause analysis and manage change requests and enhancements
- Support UAT, releases, and regulatory/statutory updates
- Act as primary contact for HR and business stakeholders
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (FI, Security, third-party systems)
- Drive continuous improvement and support transformation initiatives (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors)
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
Job Requirements:
- 8+ yearsof SAP HCM functional consulting experience
- Strongexpertise in core HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, and Payroll
- Hands-onexperience in AMS/support environments (L2/L3 support)
- Solidunderstanding of schemas, PCRs, infotypes, and payroll processes
- Experiencein incident, problem, and change management
- Knowledgeof HR compliance and statutory requirements
- Strongstakeholder management and communication skills
- Abilityto lead teams and mentor junior consultants
