We are seeking an experienced SAP SD AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration) Consultant to join a large-scale SAP implementation project. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD integrated with AVC and hands-on experience in end-to-end implementation cycles.
This role requires initial onsite presence in Malaysia for 5 weeks to support workshops, blueprinting, and stakeholder alignment, followed by a remote working model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP SD with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) implementation activities
- Conduct business workshops and gather detailed requirements during the onsite phase
- Design and configure AVC models, product structures, and pricing integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, PP, FI, and technical teams)
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Support integration testing, UAT, and go-live activities
- Provide guidance on best practices for SAP S/4HANA AVC
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during implementation
- Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer to stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of SAP SD experience with strong exposure to AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration)
- Proven experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Strong understanding of:
- Variant Configuration (LO-VC / AVC transition)
- Product modeling and configuration profiles
- Pricing integration with SD
- Experience in workshops, blueprinting, and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently in a remote delivery model after initial onsite phase
