SAP MM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experiencedSAP MM Functional Consultantto support and lead the design, configuration, and implementation ofSAP Materials Management (MM)solutions within anSAP S/4HANA environment. The role will focus onProcure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, inventory management, and integration with finance and other logistics modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and support full project lifecycle activities.

SAP MM Functional Configuration

• Configure and supportSAP Materials Management (MM)processes inSAP S/4HANA, including Fiori-based applications.

• Manage and optimizeProcure-to-Pay (P2P)processes.

• Maintain and configureMaterial Master data structures and governance.

• SupportPurchase Requisition (PR)andPurchase Order (PO)processes and procurement workflows.

• Configure and supportGoods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and movement types.

• Manageinventory management and stock monitoring processes.
  
  

Business Analysis & Solution Design

• Collaborate with business stakeholders togather and analyze business requirements.

• Translate requirements intofunctional specifications, system configurations, and solution designs.

• Prepare functional specifications forenhancements, workflows, reports, interfaces, and custom developments.
  
  

Integration & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules, particularly:

  • FICOfor account determination and invoice verification

  • SD (Sales and Distribution)

  • PP (Production Planning)
    
    

• Work with technical teams and developers during solution design and implementation.
  
  

Project Delivery & Support

• Participate infull-cycle SAP implementation projects, including:

  • Blueprint / Design

  • System configuration

  • Unit Testing

  • System Integration Testing (SIT)

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  • Cutover planning

  • Go-Live and Hypercare support
    
    

• Investigate system issues, conductroot cause analysis, and implement appropriate fixes or enhancements.
  
  

Documentation & Training

• Developprocess documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.

• Conductknowledge transfer and user training sessionsto support adoption of SAP processes.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum8+ years of experience as an SAP MM Functional Consultant.

• Hands-on experience in:

  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes

  • Material Master configuration

  • Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) management

  • Inventory management

  • Integration with SAP FICO
    
    

Technical & System Knowledge

• Experience working withSAP S/4HANA.

• Exposure toSAP Fiori applications and workflowsis preferred.

• Strong understanding ofSAP MM configuration and business processes.
  
  
  

Industry Experience (Preferred)

• Experience inOil & Gas, Manufacturing, or large enterprise environmentsis an advantage.
  
  

Project Experience

• Must have participated inat least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
