Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements
  • Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions
  • Design solutions that meets clients need and secure their buy-in
  • Develop, test and ensure client adoption of delivered solution
  • Identify risks/issues, escalate and provide counter measures to mitigate impact to project
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless integration with other modules/systems.
  • Perform assigned duty and ensure deliverables/responses are provided in a timely and professional manner
  • Coach/lead junior consultants

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant SAP HCM project experience in Payroll
  • At least 4 full cycle SAP HCM implementation project experience
  • Strong communication skills to interact with relevant stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions
  • Familiar with project methodology and tools
  • Team player in a culturally diversified environment
  • Willing to learn/cross train to keep abreast of technology trends
  • Able to work independently and escalate when necessary
