SAP PP Consultant (AVC / Variant Configuration)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (hybrid, travel as the project requires) | 8-10 month contract | MYR 15,000-20,000 per month | Senior, 6-10 years

About the role

Aitek is hiring an SAP PP consultant with Advanced Variant Configuration (AVC) experience for an S/4HANA project in Kuala Lumpur.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP PP on S/4HANA: material master, BOM, routings, work centres, production versions, MRP/MRP Live, production orders and confirmations.
• Build and maintain configurable products with AVC: characteristics, classes, configuration profiles, dependencies and constraints, variant tables and functions, super BOM and super routing.
• Set up configurable material sales-to-production flows with SD and MM (make-to-order, planning strategies).
• Migrate LO-VC models to AVC where needed and test with the PMEVC/simulation tools.
• Run fit-gap workshops, write functional specifications for RICEFW, and support SIT, UAT, cutover and hypercare.

Requirements

• 6-10 years in SAP PP, with at least one S/4HANA implementation using AVC.
• Hands-on variant configuration (AVC or LO-VC) and good knowledge of PP-MM-SD integration.
• Willing to relocate to Kuala Lumpur and travel as the project needs.
• Good written and spoken English.
