Develop detailed integration plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones for SAP integration with third-party applications across the group of companies, including regional offices
Manage and oversee SAP systems and third-party applications to ensure compatibility and optimal performance.
Perform data mapping and transformation to ensure accurate data flow between SAP and third-party applications.
Conduct integration testing and validation to ensure seamless connectivity and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets for technology deployment projects across the group
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges and ensure project continuity.
Provide regular status reports to senior stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including process flows, gap analysis, and procedures.
Document integration processes, including configuration settings, data mappings, and testing procedures.
Share documentation and knowledge with project teams and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management and SAP, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Functional and/or technical knowledge of SAP systems, not limited to SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, and SAP Business Technology Platform.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
Understanding or experience in manufacturing business processes and operating environment an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
