Summary :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead the reimplementation of SAP ECC6 EhP8 across key modules FICO, MM, SD, WM, and Fiori.
This role will act as the key bridge between the implementation partner, business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP consultants to ensure seamless integration, process improvement, and operational efficiency across Finance and Supply Chain functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of coordination between internal teams, external vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment across Finance and Supply Chain.
- Project Planning & Execution: Partner closely with the implementation PM to drive detailed planning, resource coordination, and on-time milestone delivery.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues to keep the project on track.
- Change Management: Drive process alignment and ensure smooth user adoption across impacted functions.
- Reporting & Governance: Provide clear project updates, dashboards, and progress reports to senior management and Steering Committee.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions meet business requirements, system integrity standards, and audit expectations.
Functional & Technical Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SAP consultants to support end-to-end Procurement, Finance, Inventory, and Supply Chain processes.
- Facilitate business workshops and finalize functional requirements.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, and workstreams.
- Track progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Define and enforce process and configuration standards across FI/CO, MM, SD, and WM.
- Lead blueprint documentation and ensure proper process flow design and system configuration.
- Ensure seamless integration of MM with FI, WM/EWM, and QM modules.
- Oversee warehouse configuration (inbound, outbound, inventory control, bin management).
- Lead testing cycles (IAT, Integration, UAT) and ensure solution quality.
- Drive change management, user training, and adoption of SAP best practices.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for integrated supply chain processes in SAP.
- Use system data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Support internal controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree Holder, 8 to 10 years of SAP experience in any related modules.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, SD, WM/EWM, and understanding of SAP NW architecture and ABAP + Fiori.
- Experienced large scale project management, including people and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
