Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Recruiter to join our team in Southeast Asia. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for SAP-related positions. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP technologies and the ability to connect with candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for SAP roles.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and improve hiring strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-10 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the SAP domain.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and related technologies.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
