Should have 10-12 years of overall experience with at least 6+ years as SAP Project Manager and must have independently handled at least 2 SAP S4 HANA Implementations/ Rollout projects.
Good to have experience in handling in SAP S4 HANA Upgrade project apart form 2 SAP S4 HANA Implementations/ Rollout projects.
Must have good understanding of the SAP S4 HANA system and its modules
Should be familiar with Agile, Activate and other SAP Project Management methodologies.
Must able to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S4 HANA implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
Must be capable of developing detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key milestones.
Must have clear knowledge on various project deliverables.
Responsible for managing project teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the successful integration of SAP systems.
Capable of overseeing the configuration, customization, testing, documentation and deployment of SAP modules during project implementation.
Capable of proactively identifying potential risks/issues and developing proper mitigation strategies.
Capable of handling requests for changes to the project scope, ensuring proper approvals and provide estimates by coordinating with team members.
Capable of facilitating end-user training and providing post-implementation support.
Capable of providing guidance, support, and leadership to project team members.
Capable of tracking project status, reporting on progress, and communicating with stakeholders
Must be fluent in both Malay and English language
