• Report Preparation: Extract required data from SAP and prepare reports for management and government stakeholders.
• Master Data Management: Maintain and update master data in GEP, ensuring bidder information is accurate and up to date for each tender.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate and coordinate with procurement team members, consolidating inputs from various stakeholders as needed.
• Project Support Activities: Assist with upcoming project tasks such as cutover activities, ensuring data readiness and validation (e.g., PO closure from a business perspective).
• Documentation: Update and maintain relevant documentation, including procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications:

·      Advanced proficiency in Analytical Thinking.

·      A minimum of 1 of experience in relevant related skills.

·      Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

·      Advanced Business Process Consulting

·      Advanced SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)

·      Intermediate SAP MM Materials Management

·      Intermediate Data Analysis

·      Intermediate Problem Solving
