We are hiring an experienced SAP SD Consultant for an exciting contract opportunity based in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), including strong expertise with SAP S/4HANA. You must have completed at least 3 full lifecycle implementations, with a deep understanding of order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and integration with other SAP modules.
This is a high-impact role within a dynamic project environment that offers exposure to the latest SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support SAP SD modules including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Credit Management, and Customer Master Data
- Work directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Conduct fit-gap analysis, design, and implement solutions aligned with business needs
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Support data migration activities and cutover planning
- Collaborate with other SAP functional teams (MM, FI, etc.) to ensure smooth cross-functional process integration
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution during hypercare and post-go-live support
- Prepare documentation for configuration, functional specs, and user manuals
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Completed 3 or more full end-to-end SAP SD lifecycle implementations
- Deep knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
- Strong experience with SD-FI and SD-MM integration
- Experience with pricing procedures, rebate processing, and intercompany sales
- Familiarity with EDI, IDocs, output determination, and third-party sales processes
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Must be based in Malaysia and available for onsite work
