Job Description
Job Summary
We are hiring an SAP Security Consultant (ECC) to support an ongoing ECC redesign project. This role focuses on configuring and maintaining SAP security controls to ensure system stability, compliance, and performance across business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP ECC security (roles & authorizations)
- Manage user access, role design, and security governance
- Support GRC processes (Access Control, SoD, audit compliance)
- Work with business teams to gather and implement security requirements
- Manage application changes, releases, and enhancements
- Ensure system performance, security, and compatibility
- Conduct testing, quality improvement, and issue resolution
- Lead small workstreams and collaborate across teams
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 4–8 years experience in SAP Security (ECC focus)
- Hands-on experience with:
- SAP ECC roles & authorizations
- SAP GRC (Access Control, SoD)
- SAP Identity & Access Management
- Experience in SAP implementations or redesign projects
- Strong communication & stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work independently and manage deliverables
✅ Note:
- S/4HANA experience NOT required
- Focus is on ECC redesign + security optimisation
