Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain SAP SD module daily to ensure system stability and high availability.
- Quickly resolve system failures or business issues related to sales orders, customer management, pricing, delivery, and billing.
- Optimize SD processes (customer management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, reporting) to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Perform data backup, recovery, and other maintenance tasks to ensure data security and integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to users on SD-related issues.
- Assist with SAP SD upgrades, new features, and integration with FI, CO, MM, and PP modules.
- Maintain system documentation, including SD configurations, troubleshooting steps, and operation procedures.
- Ensure SD processes comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, especially in cross-border operations.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure SD module integration and compatibility.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD module, including configuration and optimization of sales, customer management, pricing, delivery, and billing.
- Familiar with SAP architecture and integration with FI, CO, MM, and PP modules.
- Proficient in ABAP, SQL, and SAP NetWeaver; able to develop scripts and custom reports.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its impact on the SD module.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3+ years of SAP SD implementation or operations experience, with full project lifecycle participation.
- International project experience, comfortable with cross-cultural communication, remote work, and time zone differences.
- Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration in an international team.
Education:
Associate degree or higher (or equivalent international degree) in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Certifications:
- SAP SD certification (e.g., SAP Certified Consultant) preferred.
- SAP S/4HANA certification or experience is a plus.
Languages:
Fluent in English and Chinese, with professional verbal and written communication skills.
