Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• At least 2 full-cycle implementations
• Certification in respective SF module is mandatory
• Strong functional knowledge of succession & career development processes
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver within project timelines
