SAP System Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day SAP S4 system support, including troubleshooting, user assistance, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with operation teams and stakeholders at all levels to understand business requirements and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for SAP solutions.
• Establish and maintain strong communication channels with the Global IT ERP Team to facilitate knowledge sharing and obtain support and guidance.
• Handle incident and change management and configure/customize SAP modules.
• Analyze business processes, develop functional specifications, and ensure efficient system usage.
• Conduct testing, end-user training, and documentation management.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade projects and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an SAP S4 System Analyst, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of SAP S4 modules relevant to manufacturing (PP, MM, SD, FI/CO).
• Experience with SAP S4 configuration and customization.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a global IT team.
• Experience with SAP S4 implementation and upgrade projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of ABAP programming and SAP B1 is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an added advantage.
• Experience with specific machine assembly processes is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
