Role: SAP WM/EWM Support Consultant

Company: Leading Service Provider in Malaysia

Location: Bangsar South

Job Summary:

Provide functional and technical support for SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules. Responsible for resolving incidents, performing configurations, enhancing warehouse operations, and collaborating with global teams to ensure efficient logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incident and problem management, perform root cause analysis,

and maintain data integrity between EWM and integrated systems (SAP

S/4HANA/ECC).

- Manage system configurations, enhancements, and functional testing for

WM/EWM solutions.

- Collaborate with business users to analyze requirements and optimize

warehouse operations.

- Support integration with MM, SD, LE, and PP modules.

- Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, and training materials.

- Monitor performance metrics and ensure SLA compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Logistics.

- 5 years experience in SAP WM/EWM implementation and support.

Strong hands-on knowledge of:

- Warehouse structure (bins, sections, storage types)

- Inbound/outbound processes (GR, Putaway, Picking, Packing, Shipping)

- Movement types, transfer orders, physical inventory

- RF/mobile data integration

- EWM expertise in inbound/outbound, picking, packing, layout, HU

management, and RF framework.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA EWM (embedded or decentralized).

- Familiarity with ABAP debugging, IDoc/EDI interfaces, and queue

management.

- Knowledge of ITIL (incident, problem, and change management).

Preferred:

- SAP EWM Certification

- Experience in S/4HANA Public Cloud

- Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience in EWM
