- Lead and overseeing SPX Express operations across all division in Sarawak region including but not limited to Linehaul - transport, Sorting Centers - warehouses and Last Mile - delivery.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
- Analyze operational data, including performance metrics, and process workflows, to identify areas of growth and efficiency initiatives improvement across Sarawak region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operations performance, ensuring the highest cost efficiency, area performance, and people capability and productivity.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory authorities, to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement.
- Capable of reporting and forecasting, planning operation outputs across Sarawak region.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Legally allowed to work in Sabah / Sarawak based on respective state law requirements
- Candidates currently based in Sabah / Sarawak are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- More than 10 years of total work experience focusing on logistics operations, or related fields.
- Strong leadership & managerial skills to manage big teams and drive collaboration and synergy across different teams
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
- Ability to deal with ambiguous situations
- Fast learner, comfortable with a dynamic environment
- Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly
- Working location: Kuching, Sarawak
