Job Description

Job Description:

  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor operational KPIs and team performance, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to support business decision-making.
  • KPI Management: Support KPI setup, target tracking, and performance reviews across the Operations team.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate operational issues and provide data-driven recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
  • AI & Automation: Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency, optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and support operational decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements based on data insights and AI-driven analysis.
  • Project Support: Support cross-functional projects, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Warehouse, Product, BI, and other stakeholders to provide analytical support and resolve business issues.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and develop business insights to support management and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or Project Management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Experience with KPI management, dashboard development, and performance reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to improve productivity, automate reporting, and generate business insights.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in both Thai and English.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
