The Mission You will be the face of Timedoor Academy on the front lines. Your primary mission is to deliver high-impact Coding & AI workshops to 70 students per session across 60 schools. Your secondary and equally vital mission is to act as a Strategic Liaison, building relationships with school leadership and local government officials to secure Timedoor's long-term presence in the Malaysian ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Educational Command (60%):
- Lead high-impact Coding & AI workshops for large groups (up to 70 students), ensuring every child stays engaged and learns a core IT concept.
- Act as the Product Ambassador, demonstrating the power of Timedoor's proprietary LMS through live classroom results.
- Troubleshoot technical and pedagogical hurdles in real-time during school activations.
Strategic Relationship Building (40%):
- Post-Workshop Conversion: Use the success of the session to initiate Consultative Sales conversations with school leadership regarding long-term LMS adoption or Teacher Training (ToT).
- Stakeholder Liaison: Build rapport with coordinators and school heads, positioning Timedoor as a long-term strategic partner, not just a one-time vendor.
- Intelligence Gathering: Report on school-specific pain points to help Timedoor refine its B2B Engine 2 playbook for the Malaysian market.
- Lead Generation: Conduct visit and contacting of new potential education partners.
Qualifications
- Proven Teaching Mastery: Minimum 1 year of experience in a classroom or workshop setting. Experience managing large groups (30+ students) is non-negotiable.
- Technical Fluency: Deep comfort with Scratch, block-based coding, and a solid understanding of AI fundamentals (Python knowledge is a major plus).
- The Consultant Mindset: Ability to pivot from Teacher to Strategic Partner the moment the workshop ends.
- Language: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is a significant asset for vernacular school outreach.
