What You'll Do

The Alumni Relations & Career Services Coordinator (SEA) will be responsible for initiatives that support BCGers navigating career transitions and deepen engagement with BCG's alumni community across Southeast Asia. These activities include, but are not limited to, operational support for career services, coordination of alumni events and communications, and the management of accurate, up-to-date data and resources that enable a seamless experience for current and former BCGers.

The Alumni Relations & Career Services Coordinator partners closely with consulting teams (CT), Services Teams (BST), office leadership and System leadership to deliver career support and alumni engagement programs. The team drives initiatives that reinforce BCG's commitment to long-term relationships with its people, including graduation processes, alumni communications, and connection platforms across SEA. BCG serves SEA from its seven offices in the region Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Manila.

This position is part of the People Team and reports directly to the SEA Alumni Relations & Career Services Senior Manager.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

Career Services Support

  • Schedule and track career-related calls, including check-ins and follow-ups.
  • Prepare summaries and updates for regular Career Services meetings.
  • Maintain clear documentation for individuals receiving career support.
  • Liaise with external recruiters and contacts for referrals and introductions.
  • Manage publications, such as newsletters and career-related updates.Database & Information Management
  • Maintain and update records for career services and alumni engagement.
  • Keep documentation and digital folders organized and accessible.
  • Support the development of resources related to external recruiters, market insights, and job opportunities.

Alumni Relations

  • Oversee the end-to-end graduation process, including onboarding into the alumni community.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to alumni, providing support on access, benefits, and queries from external and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate logistics and execution of alumni events (virtual and in-person).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate alumni engagement into broader initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the alumni experience and support their implementation.
  • Collaborate with Global and Local leadership teams to deliver alumni relations improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate alumni contact lists and ensure records are up to date.
  • Assist in sourcing content for alumni communications (e.g., newsletters, spotlights, or social media features).
  • Support the maintenance of alumni data on global platforms.

What You'll Bring

You Should Have

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Clear, concise communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional maturity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, shared drives, and spreadsheets.
  • 24 years of relevant experience in HR coordination, talent support, alumni relations, or career services.
  • Experience in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Experience working in a similar capacity within a professional services or corporate environment is an advantage
  • Exposure to stakeholder management across multiple seniority levels.
  • Comfort navigating regional or multi-office contexts (e.g., SEA).
